A $400 Gaming PC? (CyberPowerpc Gamer Ultra)

Let’s face it, most gaming rigs are expensive. Some ranging in the hundreds range and others in the thousands. Cyberpowerpc is a computer retailer that offers both high end and low end Gaming PCs. The Cyberpowerpc “Gamer Ultra” model is on the market at $450 which is cheap for a gaming PC. How does it hold up against the more expensive gaming PCs such as the HP Pavilion and the Alienware Aurora? And are you really spending your money right buying this PC?

Specifications

The PC is equipped with a 3.5 GHz AMD FX-6300 six-core processor, 1TB 7200 rpm SATA III Hard Drive, 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 graphics card with 2GB of VRAM. It also has two LED case fans to take your gaming to the next level.

Is it worth the money?

The fact that this PC can play Grand Theft Auto V, Watch Dogs 2, and Far Cry 5 no problem. Still Perform perfect for daily tasks such as browsing the web, making documents, and sending emails, this PC is worth it. This PC is perfect for gaming and daily tasks, but this PC might run into some problems.

Pros

•smooth gameplay, amazingly smooth gameplay, runs Grand Theft Auto v and Far Cry 5 without lag or glitching

Cons

•This PC features no Wireless connectivity (Bluetooth) If you were looking forward to connecting your Bluetooth speakers to this PC you might want to rethink and choose another desktop.

•Components are cheaply made, such as the Internal Hard drive and the CPU cooling fan.

Conclusion

This PC is entry-level. This PC is speedy and is great for performing daily tasks. Of course it doesn’t compare to High end gaming PCs like the SkyTech Blaze II or the Dell Pavilion, but still a great PC for the price. There are many PCs on the market that the average person can’t afford, but here’s one you can.
